This is Scribble. This quirky font was the begining of "Let's Get Naked" our bestseller, "Scribble" is a modern style which is looks fabulous in any quote.

Each order is hand manipulated and made to order. We therefore cannot accept any returns or refunds.

Orders are made as recieved, so please check for spelling mistakes as we are unable to change these once the order is being made.

If you notice a mistake after placing the order (we've all been there) please let me know ASAP and if I haven't already started on the order I will happily ammend it.

If I have already made the misspelled word but havent posted it, I will remake it for a small additional fee to cover materials.

Once posted corrections will be charged as a new order.
As stated previously all orders are made by hand by Sophie, and so far we have had zero complaints!!

Sophie manipulates the wire with pliers and occassionally the pliers may leave a mark, this is unfortunately part of the process. The metallic wires (Silver, Rose Gold and Gold) do not mark as easily. The black however is the worst offender for this as it is a coated wire, Sophie takes all precautionary measures possible and any small marks left on the black wire can be hidden with a marker pen. Which we will do upon inspection during the packing process.

In the odd case that you notice a mark we promise you wont even see it once it is mounted into the wall.

We do not see this as a manufacturing fault.
We know it sounds obvious... but please double check you are inputting the correct number of letters for your quote. Failure to do so WILL result in a delay on your order whilst we retrieve the correct payment.

Remember if your order is over 33 letters you can input your order on the "Personalised Order Form" (button in the top left on the homepage) and we will manually send you an invoice.
