"Celebrate" Cake Topper

Each order is hand manipulated and made to order. We therefore cannot accept any returns or refunds.

 

Orders are made as recieved, so please check for spelling mistakes as we are unable to change these once the order is being made.

 

• If you notice a mistake after placing the order (we've all been there) please let me know ASAP and if I haven't already started on the order I will happily ammend it.
• If I have already made the misspelled word but havent posted it, I will remake it for a small additional fee to cover materials.
• Once posted corrections will be charged as a new order.

As stated previously all orders are made by hand by Sophie, and so far we have had zero complaints!!

 

Sophie manipulates the wire with pliers and occassionally the pliers may leave a mark, this is unfortunately part of the process. The metallic wires (Silver, Rose Gold and Gold) do not mark as easily. The black however is the worst offender for this as it is a coated wire, Sophie takes all precautionary measures possible to avoid marking.

 

We do not see this as a manufacturing fault.

We are lucky to have an extensive range of wire colours but as everything is handmade to order it's really important that you order the correct colour first time round. We will not be able to replace an item in exchange for another colour.

COPPER: is the closest we have to Rose Gold. So if you are after a rose gold shade please order you piece in Copper.

ROSE: This is a metallic pink wire.

BLACK: Our most popular option.

SILVER: This is a plain silver wire, it is not polished chrome.

GREY: This is a metallic grey, it's almost a darker silver, this looks great on white walls if you are worried a silver will get lost.

CHAMPAGNE: This has a warm tone to it, almost a pale brass tone, it is often mistaken for silver so if you want something darker please choose gold.

GOLD: Images of this shade can look very yellow gold but once on the wall it appears a standard gold shade.

I am happy to send you examples of pieces if you are unsure. 

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.
